2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases from the KUVOA Shopify store by consumers in Finland and Sweden. Mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to the customer are not limited by these terms.

3. Products and personalisation

KUVOA products are made to order using the customer’s selected model, size, photo, logo, text or instructions. Product images and mockups are illustrative. Screens and printed materials may show colour differently, and a print-safe result can require minor crop, placement, background or clarity adjustments. KUVOA will not make a material creative change without contacting the customer where approval is reasonably needed.

4. Ordering and contract

Before ordering, the customer must select the correct device model or size, provide usable artwork and review the price and delivery information. The contract is concluded when Shopify confirms the order and KUVOA sends or makes available the order confirmation. If the selected product cannot be produced, the artwork is technically unusable, or the content cannot lawfully be accepted, KUVOA will contact the customer to agree a solution or cancel and refund the affected item.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected or assigned for the customer’s market, including euros for Finland and Swedish kronor for Sweden, and include applicable taxes unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Delivery to Finland and Sweden is included in the displayed product price. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify and the available payment provider.

6. Customer content and rights

The customer confirms that they own or are authorised to use every submitted photo, logo, name, trademark, artwork and other material, and that production will not infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights. The customer grants ScalePoint Ventures Oy and its necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to store, adapt, reproduce and transmit the material only as needed to prepare, manufacture, deliver and support the requested product.

KUVOA may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, exploitative, unsafe or technically unsuitable. Refusal does not transfer responsibility for the submitted content to KUVOA. If an order is refused before production, the affected amount will be refunded.

7. Production preparation

The customer authorises the minor print-safe edits selected in the product form. Production begins once all required order details and usable artwork have been received. If customer input is needed, preparation remains paused until the customer responds.

8. Cancellation, returns and defects

Because the physical products currently offered are manufactured or modified to the customer’s specifications, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply. If the customer asks to cancel before preparation or production has started, KUVOA will cancel and refund the order. Statutory rights for defective, damaged, delayed or incorrect goods remain fully applicable. Details are set out in the Refund Policy.

9. Delivery

KUVOA initially delivers to Finland and Sweden using the methods shown at checkout. Production and delivery estimates, tracking and delay information are set out in the Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, delivery will occur no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the seller’s statutory liability for defects and damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, KUVOA is not responsible for indirect business loss arising from a consumer purchase.

11. Privacy

Personal data and submitted artwork are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Customer material is not used for public marketing without separate permission.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please first send a written complaint to hello@kuvoa.fi with the order number and relevant evidence. Consumers can obtain advice from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Consumer Advisory Services. If the matter is not resolved, a consumer may refer it to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board at https://www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/. The Board handles ordinary consumer complaints in Finnish or Swedish.

13. Governing law

Finnish law applies, without depriving a consumer in another country of mandatory protections that apply under that country’s law. A consumer may also bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory consumer-protection rules.
