Design & photos
Do I need a finished design?
No. Choose one photo, a three-photo collage or a photo with a frame and text directly on the product page. Free design help is optional.
Can I use just one photo?
Yes. One strong original image is often the best choice and can fill the surface or sit within a border.
Can I upload several photos?
Yes. The three-photo collage accepts three images and offers a mosaic, clean panels or one leading image.
Which file formats can I use?
Use JPG or PNG in the guided designer and for finished artwork. Always choose the largest original file.
What image quality do I need?
Use a sharp, well-lit original at the highest available resolution. For finished artwork, aim for 300 DPI and sRGB.
Can colours differ from my screen?
Slightly. Screens, lighting and the product material all affect how colour appears.
Ordering & delivery
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. You can order one piece.
How do I choose my phone model?
Choose the brand first and then the model. You can also search for terms such as Galaxy or S25.
Is delivery included?
Yes, delivery to Finland and Sweden is included. Express is optional and shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is added to the order and delivery notification.
Where do you deliver?
The initial markets are Finland and Sweden.

How protective is the Tough Case?
Its dual-layer build combines a rigid outer shell with a shock-absorbing TPU liner. Raised edges add protection around the screen and camera.
What is different about a magnetic case?
Its magnetic structure works with compatible magnetic accessories. Always check both the product and your exact phone model.
How should I clean the product?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, high-alcohol liquids and prolonged direct sunlight.
How do I choose a laptop sleeve size?
Compare your laptop’s actual outer dimensions with the measurements on the product page, not only its screen size.
Returns & problems
Can I return a personalised product?
Because the product is made to your specifications, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right normally does not apply. Your rights if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect remain unaffected.
What if the product arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and problem.
How are my uploaded images used?
Only to fulfil the design request, print preparation, order and delivery. Never for marketing without separate permission.

Do we need stock or an upfront purchase?
No. Members order directly through your dedicated KUVOA page.
What do members and the community receive?
Members and fans receive 10% off. The community earns with every paid item; the exact earning rate is agreed before launch.
Can we add the shop to our own website?
Yes. Link to your KUVOA page, or agree an embedded or featured product section for your own website.
