Delivery area

The KUVOA launch markets are Finland and Sweden. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. We do not promise delivery to a destination that Shopify does not accept during checkout.

Delivery methods and prices

Delivery to Finland and Sweden is included in the displayed product price. The available delivery method is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Production and delivery time

Each product is made to order. Production normally takes 1–3 business days once all required order details and usable artwork have been received. Estimated transit to Finland and Sweden is 2–5 business days. The usual total production and delivery time is therefore approximately 3–8 business days.

These estimates can be affected by weekends, public holidays, address issues, reprints or carrier disruption. Unless a different period is expressly agreed with you, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If usable artwork or information is missing and we need your response, we will contact you promptly and agree any necessary change to the delivery time.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is added to the Shopify order when the carrier provides it. The level of tracking detail can vary by carrier and service. Risk passes to the consumer when the goods are received by the consumer or a person designated by the consumer, as provided by mandatory law.

Address changes

Check the delivery address carefully before placing the order. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We will try to correct an address before dispatch, but changes are not possible after the parcel has entered the carrier network. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where permitted by law.

Delay, loss or damage

If delivery is late, tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or the parcel appears lost or damaged, contact us with the order number. Your rights and KUVOA’s responsibilities in the event of delay, loss or damage are governed by mandatory Finnish consumer law.
