Returns, cancellations and product problems

Personalised products

Every physical product currently sold by KUVOA is made or modified to the customer’s specifications using a customer-selected photo, logo, text or other artwork. Under the exception for goods made to the consumer’s requirements or clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not match the order.

Cancellation before production

Preparation of personalised products begins shortly after the order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If preparation or production has not yet started, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original payment method. Once production has started, a personalised product cannot be cancelled because of a change of mind.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

ScalePoint Ventures Oy, trading as KUVOA, is responsible for defects in accordance with mandatory Finnish consumer law. Contact us without undue delay if an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or differs materially from the confirmed order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.

We may ask for the product to be returned or for additional information before resolving the claim. Depending on the circumstances and the requirements of law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. KUVOA covers reasonable return costs for an accepted defect claim.

Screen and print variation

Colours can appear slightly different between screens and printed materials, and minor crop or placement adjustments may be needed for a print-safe result. Normal minor variation is not a defect. A material deviation from the approved order remains covered by your statutory rights.
